The EAD delivers a vital service to its clients. It is therefore important for EUROCONTROL to be able to measure the success of this service delivery in concrete terms that are meaningful to EAD users and to show how the service is performing on a monthly basis.
The services provided to EUROCONTROL, and to our clients, are defined in a Service Level Specification which forms the basis of the contractual obligations of the EAD Service Providers.
In the table below some of the Key Performance Indicators defined by EUROCONTROL for measuring the effectiveness of the service are presented.
